Transparency
We aim to be as transparent as possible and disclose all relevant information to the public on our policies, income, expenditure including remuneration of board members and staff, processing of personal data, and current activities. The statutes were updated early 2022 and explains further.
Justice for Prosperity has formally been granted the status of Public Benefit Organization making your donations over €60,- tax deductible as concluded in this order from the Dutch Tax Authority. We report on all budgetary details using the required forms within 6 months after each calendar year.

Code of Ethics & Conduct
In recent years, we have witnessed an impressive increase in the importance, number, and diversity of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Together, we impact policies and advance initiatives that once were nearly exclusively the domain of governments and for-profit corporations. Our service has become vital to the well-being of individuals and societies throughout the globe. In many cases, NGOs have proven more adept and reliable than governments in responding to particular needs.
However, with the increased importance comes increased responsibility. We have the responsibility to be transparent, honest, accountable, and ethical, to give out accurate information, and to not manipulate situations for the personal benefit of our boards and staff. NGOs have a calling to go beyond the boundaries of race, religion, ethnicity, culture, and politics. We have the obligation to respect each person’s fundamental human rights. We are to have and uphold a system of proper governance and must be careful to treat all public monies with utmost seriousness as a public trust and not to misuse public money for selfish purpose. NGOs have an obligation to not align themselves with, or stand in opposition to, any particular government for purely selfish or shortsighted means, nor to become controlled by a governmental body.
In short, NGOs have the responsibility to dedicate themselves for the sake of others and do so according to the highest code of ethical conduct. This is why Justice for Prosperity has adopted and fully supports and adheres to the EFC Principles of Good Practice and to the Code of Ethics and Conduct for NGOs by the World Association of Non-Governmental Organizations – Copyright ©2007.
