At Justice for Prosperity, every euro matters — and every euro works. We’re proud to be recognized by the Dutch Tax Administration as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO). This means most donations are tax-deductible — and all of them are used where they’re needed most. We are a non-profit and our funding comes from a mix of:
- Passive income and direct donations;
- Public and private grants (including co-financed EU grants from DGHome, DGDEVCO, and DGNEAR);
- Requests for Proposals and project-based funding;
- Overhead coverage for essential operations (office, infra, …)

Our assets — including donations, legacies, and grants — are entirely mission-driven. We only retain a minimal buffer (max. 5–10% of annual revenue), strictly regulated by our Supervisory Board and Dutch tax law, to guarantee continuity. Whether you can contribute financially, lend your skills, offer your time, or connect us with your network — your involvement directly fuels our work.
Transparency you can trust
At Justice for Prosperity, we believe the public has a right to know how we operate. That’s why we publish clear, detailed information about our funding, expenditures, board and staff remuneration, and data practices.
Recognized as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) by the Dutch Tax Authority, donations over €60 are generally tax deductible. Our financial records are fully transparent and publicly accessible.
